The papers that wait for you in Hungary
You declare your stay to the OIF by day 93, and your tax number is not issued automatically: you ask the NAV for it. Most online services then need Ügyfélkapu+, a two-step login you set up in person.

Step 1
Register your stay with the OIF
By day 93 after you arrive, apply on Enter Hungary, the OIF's online platform. The fee is 1,000 HUF. You declare your first address in the same application, and your address card (lakcímkártya) follows by post.

Ask the NAV for your tax number
It is not issued automatically to foreigners. Fill in form T34 and hand it in at any NAV counter, with your original documents and your address card. The first tax card is free, and the NAV processes the request in 15 days.

Get your TAJ card
The TAJ number opens the public health system. Apply at the government office for your address, in person or by post, with your registration certificate and your address card. The first card is free.

No. In Hungary, foreigners do not get the adóazonosító jel, the tax number, automatically: you ask the NAV, the tax authority. Fill in form T34 and hand it in at any NAV counter, or send it by post. Bring your address card, because the NAV asks for it, so register your stay first. The first tax card is free, and the NAV deals with the request in 15 days.

Add an appointment: we email you seven days before, then the day before. My schedule shows it all, month by month.
A vault for your papers
Your documents are encrypted before they are stored, with a different key for each document, kept apart from our servers. Nobody on the team has a tool to open them. Moovy reads each document you add to file it, and every reading appears in your log. You can delete everything whenever you like.
